MT Teacher

Exactly what sort of teacher: So after my career on stage, I will go to university for a teaching qualification and then me and my sister will open a theatre school. This is for children who are less privileged than others but have the talent. this will be government funded so all children can have the same opportunities. There will be dance classes by my sister who has a degree in dance, and singing and acting classes taught by myself.

How will I get there?

Qualifications: The qualifications I would need are a GCSE grade 4 or above in English, Maths and Science and then a Bachelor of Education (BEd) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) with QTS. I would also need the knowledge of Musical Theatre that I would receive from The Manchester College and then studying at a drama school (and experience in the industry would be great).

Advertisement: Using platforms such as social media, we could promote our company to viewers who are interested and keep the public up to date with latest news including shows/presentations etc.

Being noticed: standing out from the crowed and by doing things that haven't been done before. Being unique. Being diverse etc.

Location: being accessible in deprived areas and being accessible for the children who can't travel.
