How did I find the Christmas Show?

I found the Christmas Show quite challenging but joyful. I especially found 'Disco Inferno' and 'Staying Alive'. I found it challenging because I was in four dance numbers which were quite long numbers and there was quite a lot to remember. 'Staying Alive' was challenging because it was a tap number and I am very inexperienced with tap so was stressing out all the time about it.

Ho did I demonstrate professionalism?

I demonstrated professionalism by always staying in tune with what was going on in rehearsals and making sure I was adapting to new spacing and choreography. On the last rehearsal, one of the performers caught covid so I had to learn new parts to 'Disco Inferno' as there was odd numbers and to fill in with the partner sections throughout the dance number.

Would I do anything differently if I had the chance?

If I had the chance to do this show again, I would make sure I 100% knew the words to 'Gimme Gimme Gimme' and 'Vous Le Vous' as there were parts that I was unsure what the lyrics were and the harmonies were. I would have also made sure that I didn't stress getting closer to the show and not stressing about some of the dance moves.

How did the Christmas Show demonstrate my technical proficiency, knowledge and understanding?

It demonstrated it quite okay actually because when I knew what I was doing, I could work on what i knew and perfect it as best as I could. I wish that I didn't look clueless when performing and performing through my face so it would give a better performance from myself. I also wish that my posture would have been better and less stiff.

How can I improve for the future?

I could improve for the future by practicing as much as I could have done. Take every bit of spare time that I had and practicing and running the parts that I was unsure about.
